If you find something you really like in an expensive store, you'll probably find something very similar in another store for a much cheaper price. Good places to try are Forever 21, Urban Planet, Ardenes, Mariposa, Wet Seal, and Alley Kat.
hit the sales, ( I love Debenhams) but dont buy in the first week, wait till they make further or final reductions i.e. 70% / blue cross etc. if you cant find your size in the shop, go on line or vice versa, there is a delivery charge, but you can now return items direct to the shop. most of their stock is very good quality and washes well, unlike some of the cheaper brands. I have a wardrobe full of debenhams stock that i have purchased from between £5.00- £25.00, including coats, jackets, suits, etc that usually have an original price of between £40-£100
