I totally agree, there is nothing for loyalty these days. My boss had a T Mobile renewal due so we obtained the best price from them for his renewal. He had been with them for 20 years. He was offered a further £5 a month off his package, plus a free upgrade from a limited choice of handsets. He decided to shop around so I told him to walk into one of the stores on the high street to see what deals they were doing. He went to Phones 4 U and they managed to achieve a further £5 off his monthly rental with T Mobile if he signed up through them, plus free web n walk (internet access), a free upgrade to the Nokia's version of the iphone(forgotten the model!), plus a further complimentary additional Nokia handset, worth £20, as a back up phone. Thats a deal worth shopping around for!
